Piecing everything together we then look at a new blueprint – over the years we create these ideas and habits which becomes embedded in our character.  We create a new focus and a new person making you thrive from life achieving abundance.

Weekly video coaching calls via zoom

We will first look into what you are trying to achieve and learn about what has been causing the roadblocks in your progression. We will access where you are in life then we will use effective tools to bridge the gaps to where you would like to be. We will face fear, understand your fears, then work on ways to deal with it. The more time we have together the more mental agility tools we can develop. We will customize a plan for integrating exposing limiting beliefs,  mindfulness, power habits,  into your life based on your specific needs. You will walk away feeling confident and assured in your abilities as an individual.

Nutrition and training

2 Weekly check-ins via email to personalize your training, nutrition, and body composition for peak performance. We will follow a fully optimized nutritional approach integrating intermittent fasting for metabolic flexibility and autophagy for longevity. We will look at key nutrients and supplements for digestive health, vibrancy, more energy, and a zest for life.
