About Us
Roger Snipes is a fitness entrepreneur with an unshakable desire to improve the world. The thousands of images that are scattered across the internet are a very small portion of who Roger really is. He was born in 1979 and grew up in what most would perceive as a not so fortunate circumstance. The neighbourhood was crime stricken and most who dwelled there either ended up in prison or remained on government supports schemes. At 17 years old Roger was homeless. Living with an abusive father he ran away packing few items in search for escape. His father was an alcoholic with a psychotic behaviour. This translated in Roger being abused not just physically but psychologically too. The way out was either suicide which was contemplated more than once or to flee. Rogers stepmother (who had divorced his father) gave him shelter and helped him gain some sort of structure in his life.

How much can you imagine getting out of the first session alone? As a woman in her 30s, who is suffering from seasonal depression would tell you, more than you could imagine! When my first session started I really was not sure what I wanted to address since I had so much to say. He started with some questions about my character, my past and my ambitions for the future and quickly helped me decide what areas would best serve me to make some immediate adjustments to my life. The times spent with Roger is fun, relaxed, extremely informative. I'm in a no-judgment zone, I shared with him some of my dark memories from my childhood that still can hurt me. I've had a good Mindset & Personal Development session with Roger. He gave me some tips, and I started working on that too. For example, I always had my phone on the bedside table next to me on the charger and my phone is also my alarm clock. I always have the WiFi on. I snoozed my alarm quite often. He showed me that switching off WiFi will help deepen my sleep and hitting the snooze starts my day in resistance. I made changes on the very same night. It also gave me a lot of peace of mind.
Finding love is important to me but I almost forgot how to feel beautiful. I only made an effort for myself when I would go out with friends. Roger encouraged me to make the effort for me before anyone else. Since doing this I've learned more about me and why I made certain choices. It's liberating and powerful. I've also started to incorporate meditation. I've ordered a special candle from Rituals. Now I have started to feel more at peace. I am very grateful to Roger and his coaching.

I started following Roger on Instagram because of his motivated, positive & disciplined energy. He spreads so many good vibes and that's exactly what he has done during our sessions. He gave me perspectives, options, tips & tricks for a more relaxed life. Struggling with depression and anxiety for about 10 years, being on medication for far too long then finally getting rid of and now somehow finding my way back into real life: he listened to me & my whole story and could give advice on so many levels: mindset, goals, nutrition, fitness, chemicals, and many more.
He showed me ways to get rid of my unhealthy habits and once and for all made clear, that enough sleep is by far the most important thing for me and my nervous system.
In my opinion, that's what a coach is all about. I am so thankful he reached out to me and offered me a private talk, which was exactly what I needed to push me in the right direction.
